“من المسافة صفر”.. من غزة إلى وهران

تقدم الدورة الثانية عشرة لمهرجان وهران الدولي للفيلم العربي بفخر برنامج “من المسافة صفر”، وهو عرض خاص يسلط الضوء على أعمال صناع الأفلام من غزة.

هذه المبادرة التي أطلقها المخرج والمنتج الفلسطيني رشيد مشهراوي، بدعم من مساهمين مختلفين، تلتقط تجارب وقصص صناع الأفلام في غزة الذين يعملون في ظروف قاسية وبإمكانيات محدودة، في ظل الإبادة المستمرة والواقع الصعب الذي يعيشه الفلسطينيون في قطاع غزة.

أكد محافظ المهرجان عبد القادر جريو التزام المهرجان بدعم هذه الأفلام، معترفًا بالإبداع الاستثنائي لشباب غزة.

وقال جريو: “رغم التحديات التي لا يمكن تصورها والتي يواجهها هؤلاء المبدعون، فقد نجحوا في تقديم أعمال سينمائية راقية مثلت فلسطين في أكبر المحافل السينمائية الدولية، بما في ذلك مهرجان تورونتو السينمائي الدولي، والآن تم اختيار ‘من المسافة صفر’ لتمثيل فلسطين في الأوسكار”.

“From Ground Zero”.. Gaza to Oran
The 12th edition of the Oran International Arab Film Festival proudly presents the “From Ground Zero” program, a special showcase dedicated to highlighting the works of filmmakers from Gaza. This initiative, launched by Palestinian director and producer Rashid Masharawi and supported by various contributors, captures the experiences and stories of Gaza’s filmmakers who create under extreme conditions, with limited resources, amidst the ongoing genocide and harsh realities of life in the Gaza Strip.
Festival Director Abdelkader Djriou emphasized the festival’s commitment to supporting these films, recognizing the extraordinary creativity of Gaza’s youth. “Despite the unimaginable challenges they face, these filmmakers have produced outstanding works that have represented Palestine at major international festivals, including the Toronto International Film Festival, and now, ‘From Ground Zero’ has been chosen to represent Palestine at the Oscars,” Djriou stated.
