A national campaign for breast cancer awareness and early detection under the slogan “Check yourself and reassure us”
As part of the national efforts to fight cancer, Pink Move 2025 returns for its third edition on October 17 and 18, 2025, at Les Sablettes Park in Algiers, under the official patronage of the Ministry of Health.
This event, held during Pink October, has evolved into a national civic movement promoting awareness, early screening, and psychological support for women affected by breast cancer.
Its message is simple yet powerful:
“Check yourself and reassure us.”
💡 An innovative and inclusive concept
This year’s edition blends health awareness, sports, culture, and wellness in an atmosphere of solidarity and hope:
🩺 Health Village: Workshops led by doctors, NGOs, and medical institutions on prevention and screening.
🏃♀️ Sports and cultural activities: Pink walk, concerts, exhibitions, and public discussions.
💬 Psychological support spaces: Dedicated sessions for patients, survivors, and their families.
💄 Beauty and relaxation zones: To help women regain confidence and inner peace.

Over the years, Pink Move has become a national reference in breast cancer awareness and emotional support.
The event gathers over 10,000 participants — women, youth, associations, and volunteers — united by one goal: making health a shared responsibility and a culture of care across Algeria.
