During a ceremony held at Ooredoo’s headquarters in Ouled Fayet, Algiers, the framework agreement was signed by the CEO of Ooredoo Algeria, Mr. Roni Touma, and the Director General of the National Employment Agency, Mr. Abdelkader Djaber, in the presence of representatives from both parties.
The agreement aims to digitize the process of submitting and processing Ooredoo Algeria’s job offers through the OGC “Offre Grands Comptes” platform, a digital solution developed by ANEM and integrated into its WassitOnline information system.
As part of its employment program, Ooredoo commits under this partnership to publish its job offers online via the OGC platform, enabling a greater number of job seekers to benefit from broader, more transparent, and simplified access to professional opportunities available within the company.
On the occasion of signing the agreement, Mr. Roni Touma, CEO of Ooredoo Algeria, stated:
“We are delighted to conclude this agreement with the National Employment Agency. This agreement embodies our ongoing commitment to professional inclusion and the promotion of employment in Algeria, particularly among young graduates. By facilitating access to our job offers through the digital solutions provided by ANEM, we aim to enhance comprehensive and effective employment management. This partnership serves as a true bridge between Algerian talent and the opportunities offered by Ooredoo, through a modern, responsible, and digital approach. Ooredoo remains fully committed to supporting initiatives that stimulate employment, thereby affirming its active role in economic development.”
For his part, Mr. Abdelkader Djaber, Director General of ANEM, emphasized:
“The signing of this agreement marks an important step in our strategy to strengthen partnerships between public and private economic institutions in support of employment. By combining ANEM’s expertise in supporting job seekers with the experience of a major economic player like Ooredoo, we are building strong connections between young graduates and the needs of the labor market, particularly in the field of information and communication technologies. This collaboration embodies an innovative approach, reflecting our shared desire to address contemporary employment challenges together. I would like to commend Ooredoo Algeria’s significant commitment, as it actively participates in the national mission for economic inclusion.”
Through this partnership, Ooredoo Algeria and the National Employment Agency reaffirm their joint commitment to building an inclusive and dynamic digital economy focused on the needs of citizens.
